📋 Description

• Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions that defeat cyberattacks, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and incident response services. • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Distribution Account Manager Team-Lead. • This position is pivotal to managing growth and relationships with our distributor network across 20 countries, focusing on the DACH region. • You will lead a team of Distribution Account Managers, ensuring effective execution of channel strategies and business growth. • The role will require driving change both within the team and across our distributor network.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years leadership experience • Several years of experience in distribution account management, channel management, or sales leadership, preferably in the IT security industry • Experience of developing business plans • Experience of developing and monitoring business and opportunity plans • Broad business background, including knowledge of basic financial, marketing and selling concepts • Adept in dealing with all levels within an organization to achieve strategic and tactical objectives • Excellent relationship management and ability to address conflicts • Understanding of financial mgmt/business investment planning • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new approaches and techniques • Ability to understand the technical background of our solutions • Ability to understand the partners business model • Knowledge of software channel ecosystems in the territory • Strong Presentation skills • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills • Strong motivational skills • Willingness to extensive travel • Restricted holiday at quarter- and year-end and important events
