📋 Description
• Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions for defeating cyberattacks. • We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our technology solutions within the Procurement domain. • The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions using JIRA, Confluence, Power Apps, Power BI, Data Warehouse and AI in P2P systems. • This role requires strong expertise in business systems analysis, process automation, and data visualization to drive operational efficiency and business insights. • Shift timings - UK Shift (2PM -11PM IST)
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, process automation, and data visualization. • Expertise in designing technology solutions using JIRA, Confluence, Power Apps, and Power BI. • Proven experience in optimizing workflows and driving automation in P2P domain. • Strong understanding of data visualization, analytics, and dashboard creation. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and collaboration tools. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools. • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. • Experience in API integrations and scripting (e.g., Power Automate, Python, or SQL).
