Description

• Sophos is a global leader in advanced security solutions that defeat cyberattacks. • We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst for the GTM Insights and Analytics team. • This role demands a strategic thinker who can deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. • You'll be a key partner in designing and supporting scalable data models and dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in data analysis and interpretation • 5+ years’ experience with visualization tools, with proficiency in Power BI • 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in designing and implementing data models, understanding database structures and ensuring data integrity • 3-5 years’ experience with SQL and Snowflake for data extraction and manipulation • Strong understanding of Sales, Sales Funnel, Pipeline and related performance indicators (KPIs), preferably in a subscription and/or channel-driven environment • Demonstrated ability to connect data insights to business strategy and objectives • Exceptional communication abilities, able to interpret and articulate requirements and findings with ease • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive analytics or machine learning is beneficial • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead data projects and work with multiple teams • A blend of technical skills and business insight is critical to the success of this role • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
