• Previous relevant experience in a global technology company. • Strong ability to navigate complex HR issues and provide sound guidance on employee relations and compliance. • Experience influencing and coaching leaders on HR best practices. • Solid knowledge of Canada employment laws and a commitment to expanding your understanding, with familiarity with US employment laws as a plus. • Proven track record in leading HR initiatives and driving continuous improvement in HR processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus in dynamic environments. • Proficiency with using data to inform HR recommendations and decision-making. • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and address them before they arise. • A growth mindset, eager to learn, explore new ideas, and adapt to change.
