🎯 Requirements
• You will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. • Minimum 8 years of commercial legal experience. • At least 5 years in an in-house counsel role, ideally in IT. • Team player in a fast-paced environment. • Expertise in contract law and commercial transactions. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical skills and solution orientated. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. • Also desirable: German language skills. • Experience dealing with public sector contracts. • Data privacy experience.
