Description

• Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions that defeat cyberattacks, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR). • We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer In Test to work within SophosLabs on the development and maintenance of our internal test systems. • Ensure the superior quality of the SophosLabs deliverables used by Sophos products to provide protection to all customers.

Requirements

• Designing & developing reliable, maintainable, clean, and quality code • Experience working with Python. Knowledge of other scripting languages would be an advantage (Unix Shell, Perl…). • Automated test framework development • Test planning and automation • Virtualization technologies • Public cloud infrastructure • Designing, troubleshooting, or working on CI/CD pipelines • Using development and configuration management tools (IDEs, issue tracking, source control, etc.) • Can learn fast. Really fast. • Working in Agile environments • Computer security • Fluency in English - written and spoken.
