• Support Enterprise Customers via regular cadence and consultancy. • Deliver Enterprise and Enterprise Plus Service benefits for SOTI One Platform. • Develop and maintain a relationship with Enterprise customers. • Provide ad-hoc technical consultancy and guidance. • Conduct Discovery Calls for Enterprise customers for paid Work Orders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical positions. • Strong interest in mobility and understanding of leading mobile technologies. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences. • Solid communication skills to manage relationships with enterprises. • Experience in technical documentation. • Ability to multitask and balance competing requirements. • Proactive with minimal supervision required. • Robust understanding of Networking concepts and principles. • Windows Server administration experience.
