Description

• Identify, define, and establish communication channels for program activities • Develop and submit proposals to funders • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization • Collaborate with team members across program areas • Research and identify potential funding prospects that align with SOULCHI’s priorities • Generate high-quality proposals and supporting documents in response to solicitations • Maintain confidentiality regarding information accessed during duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) • Grant writing AND grants management experience (4 years) • Strong research capacity • Detailed knowledge of grant development process and fundraising practices • Successful record of securing major grants/contracts with certifiable references • Highly Desired: prior experience serving as a Team Lead in grant development
