Description

• Spearhead innovation efforts and oversee R&D process • Collaborate cross-functionally to align R&D initiatives with business goals • Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes • Optimize web graphics and assets for performance and accessibility • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback • Support ongoing website maintenance and updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field (Preferred but not required) • 2 years or more experience in web design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) • Familiarity with web design tools like Sketch or Figma • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines • Passion for technology and a desire to innovate
