📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms, including keyword research, audience segmentation, ad creation, and bidding strategies. • Ensure consistent performance monitoring, ongoing analysis, and optimization, as well as effective budget management across media channels. • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to drive continued improvements in performance and ROI. • Use platform-specific analytics along with internal reporting and attribution models to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. • Scale new channels to achieve favorable CAC and ROAS targets in line with business objectives and defined budget goals.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience of B2C and B2B demand generation, with deep knowledge and hands-on management of campaigns and across Google, Bing, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn. • Proficient analytical experience with Sigma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and similar platforms. • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, a/b testing, and campaign attribution models • Deep understanding of different ad platforms, algorithms, and formats • Familiarity with HTML/CSS to create and optimize landing pages
