• Prepare and maintain billing data. • Collect payments according to standard operating procedures. • Manage customer communications related to billing and collections. • Generate and distribute invoices. • Communicate with customers to request payment. • Actively reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies. • Update client accounts. • Manage customer email queue and internal team requests. • Collaborate with sales and customer experience teams. • Identify and reserve for bad debt appropriately. • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2+ years of experience in a related field. • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel. • Strong English language written communication skills required. • Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software preferred.
