Description
• Importing invoices into customer databases. • Following up on overdue invoices via email and telephone. • Applying credits and adjustments to accounts. • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all account balances.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or closely related financial role is required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. • Familiar with Microsoft Suite of Products with high level of knowledge on use of excel, teams and outlook. • A high level of organisational and multitasking abilities is essential. • A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to financial documents, is a must. • Experience working with Australian companies is a plus but not a requirement.
