• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of product marketing experience within the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on the European and/or US markets. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive product adoption and achieve business objectives. • Ability to think strategically about product positioning, market segmentation, and go-to-market planning. • Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to guide marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts clearly and persuasively. • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience building and leading high-performing product marketing teams. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success. • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). • Experience managing product marketing initiatives across multiple countries and understanding of regional market dynamics. • Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and solutions that drive product differentiation. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into effective product marketing strategies.
