📋 Description
• Manage daily accounting tasks and ensure financial accuracy • Ensure properties are audit-and report-ready • Develop deep understanding of properties for accurate reporting and forecasting • Post journal entries, perform reconciliations and cash reporting • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Process balance sheets, income statements and other financial reports • Prepare weekly/monthly reports including aging reports
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a junior accountant • Excellent organizing abilities, with great attention to detail • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices • Excellent knowledge of MS Office. • Familiarity with Yardi a plus
