Description
• We are looking for candidates to teach/SME within the Doctor of Business Administration - Public Administration specialization. • DPA, DBA or PhD in Public Administration required • This position will begin as an adjunct with the ability to move into full-time status based on performance • Currently seeking applicants with specialization in Public Administration. • Must have graduate level, doctoral teaching experience. • This adjunct opportunity will allow for you to serve as a SME. • You will assist in building the specialization courses and teach them within the program.
Requirements
• Substantial college teaching (5 years or more preferred) and evaluation experience in online modalities with doctoral students. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students and institutional staff. • Ability to develop courses in competency-based education. • Substantial experience with learning management systems (Canvas preferred). • Prior experience evaluating and/or instructing in a competency-based education program at the doctoral level. • Doctor of Business degree required • Professional Leadership experience. • Experience working with dissertation students and serving as dissertation Chair/Committee member.
