Description

β€’ Manage day-to-day configuration, user setup, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. β€’ Ensure data integrity through regular audits, backups, and de-duplication efforts. β€’ Monitor system health and performance to maintain optimal functionality. β€’ Design and implement custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation. β€’ Develop and deploy custom reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support decision-making. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries and troubleshooting. β€’ Conduct training sessions for faculty, staff, and administrators to maximize user adoption. β€’ Create and maintain documentation for system processes and training materials. β€’ Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems (e.g., SIS, LMS, marketing automation tools). β€’ Manage data imports/exports and maintain integrations to ensure seamless data flow. β€’ Work closely with institutional leadership to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions. β€’ Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to support enrollment, retention, and operational goals.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). β€’ 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience. β€’ Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or higher. β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce tools such as Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience. β€’ Experience creating and managing reports, dashboards, and analytics. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. β€’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. β€’ Preferred: Experience in the education or career college sector. β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud Knowledge of student lifecycle management processes (e.g., admissions, enrollment, retention). β€’ Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with SIS or LMS platforms.
