• Hi there :) • Thanks for checking in to find out about our open position. • About Us • We engage top-performing Software Developers from Latin America to join our clients' teams worldwide. • We build amazing products and sustain long-term relationships with our counterparts. • About the Client • Our client is dedicated to helping underserved and at-risk disabled individuals secure the disability benefits they qualify for. • About the Role • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team and take a leading role in developing an AI-powered Document Generation product. • You will collaborate with various teams to build innovative user-facing features and translate complex designs into efficient and reusable code. • You’ll also lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and ensure that your work aligns with best practices for performance and accessibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Next.js/React or Nuxt.js/Vue and their core principles. • Familiarity with EcmaScript (ES6+) and newer specifications. • Strong knowledge of CSS (Flexbox, Grid) and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind (preferred), Bootstrap or Material-UI. • Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, esbuild, tsc, and SWC. • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of UX and design principles. • Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers.
