• Partner with the Recruiting Manager and the assigned Recruiter • Come up with a sourcing strategy and implement it • Learn tone and communication guidelines to create reach-out messages • Manage the ATS, feed pipeline, and schedule interviews • Be a profile curator to present candidates' profiles • Attend weekly team meetings to share status and receive feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week • 2+ years of experience in sourcing for tech roles • Advanced boolean search mastery • Proficient communication skills • C1 English skills • Creative writing skills • Team player, collaborative, unafraid to speak up spirit • Familiar with various ATS (Ashby expertise will be a plus), Slack and Google Suite • Working computer and stable internet connection
