• Collaborating with internal and external teams and Vendors to ensure technology products are correctly catalogued and represented in inventories and moved through the on-boarding phases • Reprioritizing work based on shifting requirements while taking responsibility for them. • Bringing a different perspective to improve procedures and processes where necessary • Deliver well-organized documentation, presentations, memos, meeting recaps and emails to drive fact-based decision-making regarding application usage, description, and requirements • Management of requirements, assumptions, changes in scope, etc. associated with application on-boarding by maintaining an audit trail to verify that outstanding Activities / Issues have been addressed
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in financial or banking services. • Experience with understanding and validating data while translating this information to all stakeholders • Experience with management and maintenance of large scale technology inventories, associated review workflows, and supporting documentation requirements • Experience with MS Office tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Ability to work in a fast paced, unstructured environment while working closely with multiple project teams with changing priorities. • Ownership of stakeholder satisfaction on progress / task completion • Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
