Description
• Conduct thorough audits to identify unmatched instances in SNPROD2, documenting all to form a complete view of assets. • Investigate unmatched instances to determine ownership and collaborate with stakeholders for accountability. • Ensure all instances adhere to EOL procedures and document necessary details for certification. • Work with stakeholders to validate ownership info and align with software asset management protocols. • Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain records to offer visibility into inventory and compliance metrics.
Requirements
• 5+ years in software asset management or related fields • Strong analytical skills, particularly in inventory and compliance • ServiceNow proficiency and understanding of EOL processes • Ability to work during US working hours
