Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • 7+ years of experience as Data Subject Matter Expert • 5 years of experience across 3-4 projects on ServiceNow especially on the ITSM module. • Experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and continuous improvement practices.
