Description

• Agile Coaching: Mentor remote teams on Agile methodologies, facilitate key ceremonies, and implement best practices to enhance productivity. • Team Setup: Set up new teams and refine unstructured development processes, including backlog slicing and integrating multiple team members into existing workflows. • Workflow Improvement: Use workflow mapping tools to enhance team efficiency and productivity. Ensure proper workflows, structured epics, and user stories are in place to support Agile processes. • Client Engagement & Pre-sales Support: Build strong client relationships, serve as the primary Agile contact, identify improvement opportunities, handle escalations, and support pre-sales initiatives. Provide technical expertise to scope technical needs and roles for client projects. • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support for Agile practices and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and addressing challenges. • Playbook Development: Develop and regularly update Agile playbooks, create training materials, and conduct workshops to elevate team skills. • Webinar Hosting: Host and develop engaging content for webinars, sharing knowledge on Agile methodologies. Act as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile coaching with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks. • Strong technical background and problem-solving abilities, capable of scoping technical needs and roles. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience in hosting webinars and creating educational content. • Leadership and team management capabilities. • Effective stakeholder management and the ability to engage and influence at all levels. • Proficiency with Agile-related tools and project management software.
