Description
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and value proposition • Create engaging digital graphics and animations for social media, email campaigns, and website content • Identify and evolve creative solutions to grow customer experiences; incorporate both brand direction and performance data • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client needs • Design and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across all marketing materials • Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into thoughtful final assets • Improve the creative workflow process, including finding efficiencies in leveraging templates while still maintaining creativity and delivering added value to the consumer • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design for emails and paid ads • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Excellent eye for visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout design • Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills to transform ideas into compelling visuals • Able to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously but welcoming feedback and collaboration • Detail-oriented with focus on delivering results • Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities • Ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s Degree required • HTML experience is a plus
