Description

• In this role, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact the industry's evolution, working on the core of our platform: the agent's operating system. • As a vital member of the scalability squad on our engineering team, you’ll work to ensure our platform and processes are ready to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business. • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You'll engage in both backend and frontend development, collaborate with product and design teams to innovate new functionalities, and work with other engineers to scale our solutions for a rapidly growing customer base. • Embracing a data-driven approach, you will play a crucial role in developing technology that not only meets current needs but also anticipates future challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building web apps with Python • 2+ years of experience building API-driven products • Product intuition and a keen interest in how tech investments drive intended business outcomes • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments • Strong communication and project management skills • A collaborative nature and comfort working with team members across the company • A commitment to continuous learning and growth and comfort with giving and receiving constructive feedback • A history of building web apps with the Django framework • Experience using javascript frameworks such as Vue or React • Experience working with component-based CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS • Familiarity with tools related to Data Processing and Pipelines like SQL, Airflow, and DBT • Background with development tools like Docker, Git and Webpack
