Description
• Performs administrative and transactional services associated with invoicing and financial activities for advertising clients. • Learns and performs a variety of tasks associated with month end invoicing and reporting of revenue. • With guidance, performs and/or supports team efforts associated with client invoicing and aging activities. • Creates deposits as client checks are received. • Enters deposit information into company portal for reporting. • Posts payments into financial module to create client invoices. • Processes client credit card payments. • Applies credit to client invoices. • Assists in reconciling vendor invoices against billed charges to clients. • Provides reporting on request for pre and post logs for spot advertising campaigns. • Learns and adheres to company and regulatory financial standards and requirements. • Assists with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products • Familiarity with Adobe PDF documents • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail • Strong organizational skills
