Description

• Work with the Senior Tax Manager to prepare quarterly and year-end domestic tax provisions (ASC 740) • Maintain quarterly SOX checklists as applicable • Assists with responding to information requests from F/S auditors • Prepare federal and state income tax estimates and extensions • Prepare federal and state income tax returns • Assist with responding to various tax authority requests/notices/audits • Stay up to date and conduct tax research on various federal and state/local income tax issues • Assist with managing the Federal and State tax books for fixed assets • Assist with the tax aspects in pre-acquisition diligence and post-acquisition integrations • Streamline the tax compliance/provision process and implement system/process improvements • Work with cross functional teams to educate non-tax colleagues on tax related matters

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years tax experience at national public accounting firms or a minimum of 3 years for non-public tax experience. • BA in Accounting, Business or related field • Masters in Accounting or Finance preferred • CPA certification, preferred • OneSource experience preferred
