📋 Description
• Build and maintain program-level dashboards and reports using Azure DevOps and Power BI • Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, development managers, and directors to coach teams on Agile best practices • Facilitate and support program-level Agile ceremonies • Leverage pre-built reporting tools and create custom dashboards to communicate program status • Provide support for the Release Train Engineer (RTE) • Serve as a connector between teams, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration, and alignment on goals and deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Senior Scrum Master in an enterprise Agile environment • Deep understanding of SAFe, Lean Agile, and enterprise-level Agile methodologies • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with hands-on experience using Power BI and Azure DevOps • Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and present them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels of the organization • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and taking initiative with minimal guidance • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to manage cross-team coordination, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder alignment • Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
