• Implement technical SEO strategies to enhance site structure, speed, and crawlability for better Discover rankings. • Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations for Google Discover. • Design and execute content strategies tailored to enhance visibility on Google Discover. • Collaborate with editorial teams to recommend engaging, optimized content that aligns with Discover algorithms and user engagement. • Ensure content formats, metadata, and multimedia elements (images, videos) meet SEO and Discover standards. • Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console. • Provide ongoing reports to clients, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. • Adapt strategies in real time based on changes in Google Discover algorithms and client performance. • Educate and guide clients' teams on SEO best practices, Discover features, and how to maintain a high level of content visibility. • Host training sessions and workshops to empower clients in managing their own content strategies post-implementation. • Stay up-to-date with SEO and Discover trends, including algorithm changes, industry news, and innovations in digital content strategies. • Continuously test new techniques to stay ahead in the evolving digital landscape, leveraging data-driven experimentation to optimize results. • Main Mission of the Position: As the Expert SEO and Content Strategies for Discover, you will be the go-to expert for optimizing clients' visibility online, particularly through Google Discover. Your mission is to develop advanced SEO strategies, analyze content performance, and identify key opportunities to expand client audiences, ensuring sustained growth and visibility across search and Discover. • Conduct in-depth SEO audits for clients' websites, identifying areas for improvement (on-page, off-page, technical). • Performance Monitoring and Reporting. • Client Education and Training. • Industry Trends and Continuous Learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record in optimizing content for Google Discover. • Expertise in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs). • Deep understanding of Google Discover algorithms and factors that influence content visibility on the platform. • Ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong communication skills , with the ability to train, influence, and advise clients and internal teams. • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field. • Demonstrable experience in SEO and content production , specifically geared towards audience engagement and Discover optimization.
