• Looking for a Senior PHP / Symfony API Developer • Architect, develop, and maintain high-performing APIs using PHP and Symfony • Enhance and optimise API performance for reliability and speed • Implement and uphold security best practices in API development • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
Requirements
• 5+ years in PHP development, with 3+ years focused on building APIs • Expertise in RESTful API design and principles • Proficiency with version control systems (preferably Git) and experience in CI/CD workflows • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerisation (e.g., Docker) • Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with message queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka) • Experience designing APIs for analytics or statistical data • Strong understanding of database optimisation and query performance tuning • Knowledge of adtech or online advertising industries
