• Join an internationally recognized YouTube media group. • Responsible for creating engaging and intriguing videos for Minecraft content. • Ability to mimic existing Reacts editing styles and innovate techniques. • Apply feedback from the team to optimise video retention. • Master understanding of cuts, flow, and variation in tempo to retain viewer engagement. • Effectively utilize music and understand different genres/BPM to match visual pacing. • Implement sound effects (SFX) and visual effects (VFX) to enhance video quality.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in video editing. • Proficiency in utilizing YouTube Analytics and key metrics such as Average View Duration (AVD), Click-Through Rate (CTR), AVD in the first 30 seconds, and Impressions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding. • Skillful use of both Sound Effects (SFX) and Visual Effects (VFX) to enhance video quality and storytelling. • Exceptional communication skills and proactive engagement within team dynamics. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for seamless editing workflows. • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and navigate project timelines effectively. • Demonstrated capacity to incorporate feedback constructively and adapt editing approaches accordingly. • In-depth knowledge of social media and pop-culture trends, ideally with a focus on the Reacts/Gaming community. • Expertise in applying Look-Up Tables (LUTs) and Color Correction techniques to enhance visual aesthetics. • Preferably, experience in timecode syncing for precise editing synchronization.
