• Opportunity to be Speakeasy’s first Technical Account Manager • Set the bar for Technical Account Management at Speakeasy • Ensure key accounts have an amazing experience with Speakeasy • Demonstrate exemplary customer empathy and assist customers in achieving their goals • Form strong relationships with customer champions • Dive deep into technical details of customers’ APIs and SDKs • Learn fast and thrive in an autonomous environment • Use customer learnings to influence product roadmap and docs

Requirements

• US-based candidates only, with a preference for San Francisco Bay Area • Ideal candidates are excited to work in the office alongside the rest of the team 1-2 days per week • Demonstrated exemplary customer empathy • Ability to build strong relationships with customers • Expertise in OpenAPI and building APIs or SDKs in large teams • Thrive in an autonomous environment • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities elegantly
