Description

• We are looking for highly tech-skilled German speakers to work for Microsoft. • Advice and support for Microsoft corporate customers on technical questions. • Solving technical problems in contact with IT administrators and managers. • Identify relevant processes and forward feedback to teams. • Subject includes software like Intune, Teams, Sharepoint or Office 365.

Requirements

• Native level of German, fluent level of English. • Minimum one year of experience in technical support or as a system administrator. • Great communication skills. • Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure. • Good team player.
