📋 Description
• Verantwortung sowie Steuerung von Consulting-Projekten im Softwareentwicklungsumfeld von der Planung bis zum Abschluss unter Berücksichtigung der genehmigten Zeit- und Budgetrahmen • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen • Konfiguration der Kundenanforderungen in Software Produkten • Begleitung von Kunden während der Testphase • Schulung von Softwarenutzer:innen und Begleitung des Produktrollouts • Eskalationsmanagement • Management- und Kundenreporting • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Firmenstandards im (Software-) Delivery Prozess • Identifikation und Verhandlung von Change Requests mit dem Kunden
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Universität, Fachhochschule im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlichem) • Erfahrung in Leitung von Projekten nach unterschiedlichem Vorgehen: agil, interativ und Wasserfall, sowie im Projektcontrolling und -reporting • Zertifizierungen, wie z.B. Prince, PMP etc. sind von Vorteil • Ausgeprägte Kompetenzen im Beratungsumfeld mit Fokus auf die Finanzbranche • Interesse an Innovationen sowohl aus fachlicher als auch technischer Sicht • Bereitschaft sich in komplexe Themengebiete einzuarbeiten • Hands-on Ansatz mit aktiver Aufgabenübernahme in unterschiedlichen Bereichen (z.B. Beratung , Projektmanagement, Business Analyse, Quality Assurance) • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Atlassian Suite z.B. Jira und Confluence • Verhandlungsgeschick, sowohl bei internen als auch bei externen Stakeholdern • Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Termintreue und Lösungsorientierung sowie strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
