• Create 3d assets for characters, creatures, weapons and armour sets that align with the overall artistic vision of the game. • Collaborate with our art director and creative lead to develop and refine your work based on feedback and direction. • Maintain consistency in artistic style and adhere to established design and technical animation guidelines throughout the development process. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas. • Communicate and collaborate effectively with your team members and lead to ensure a smooth workflow.
• 3+ years of experience working with dev teams, or one or more shipped titles from conception to completion. • Demonstrable ability to work on hand painted textures. • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and texturing software (e.g., Blender, Max, Substance Painter). • Experience working within Unity and implementing 3D work into engine. • A great understanding of rigging, skinning, and animation principles. • Solid foundation in 3D and clean UV layout. • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly. • A strong passion for fantasy games and the gaming world.
