• Excellent English reading and writing • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Ability to track and improve metrics • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative • Touch typing 45 WPM and above • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Excellent communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Bachelors degree • Minimum 6 months CS experience • Preference for applicants based in central and SE Asia
