Requirements
• 4+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally in IT or technical roles • Proficiency in using ATS systems (preferably Recruitee) to manage recruitment workflows and candidate pipelines • Experience in conducting behavioral interviews and managing the full selection process • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and experience sourcing passive candidates • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
