📋 Description

• Act as servant leader and coach, guiding the team and organization on agile values, principles, and practices. • Facilitate Scrum events to ensure team alignment and continuous delivery of value. • Manage risks, dependencies, and remove impediments while fostering an environment of collaboration, self-organization, and accountability. • Partner with global stakeholders and Product Owners to align on priorities and readiness of features. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation. • Collaborate with peer Scrum Masters to share knowledge and enhance agile effectiveness. • Foster transparency by clearly communicating team progress to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading teams as a Scrum Master • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong facilitation skills • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks and impediments • Team-first, servant leader mentality • Certified SAFe Scrum Master or SPC • Certified PSM or CSM
