• Oversee customer success initiatives for Automotive OEM, Agency, and Retail clients. • Act as primary contact for OEM/Agency and Retail clients and Sales teams • Serve as product expert for services within client base, consulting with Sales and customers to provide optimal solutions. • Develop a deep understanding of clients, including objectives, needs, and working styles. • Collaborate closely and effectively with Polk Sales teams. • Facilitate status meetings as needed. • Organize and manage Salesforce data. • Own campaign management, working alongside Sales and Customer Success Enablement to achieve client goals. • Lead efforts to resolve client issues and communicate themes to product teams. • Organize and manage reports related to client success metrics. • Set up and optimize internal workflows for improved efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in customer success management, preferably within the automotive or related industries. • Strong knowledge of and/or interest in the automotive marketing and digital landscape. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on organization and efficiency. • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment. • Proven ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting. • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) and Salesforce applications.
