📋 Description
• Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy focused on increasing engagement and lead generation across key digital assets. • Partner with our subject matter experts and thought leaders by enhancing their subject-matter expertise into high-performing content experiences. • Improve conversion rates by structuring content for readability, engagement, and action— optimizing CTAs, layout, and user flow. • Analyze site performance metrics on evergreen and product pages to continuously refine content based on audience behavior and A/B testing insights. • Your work will closely align with the digital marketers, web developers, and growth marketers tasked with overall lead generation and revenue goals. • Improve the information architecture of content-heavy pages, ensuring easy navigation and a clear path to conversion.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in SEO, content development, UX writing, or performance marketing. • Experience with AEM analytics as a desired qualification. • Proven expertise in on-page SEO (Google Search Console, Ahrefs /SEMrush, Screaming Frog). • Experience with content analytics & conversion rate optimization tools. • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or other data visualization tools. • Excellent written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, engagement, and actionability.
