Description

• Overseeing and Leading Projects - Manage all testing activities from planning to execution, including leading training sessions and creating or refining processes based on feedback and best practices. • Designing Test Automation Strategy – Develop a comprehensive strategy for test automation, specifically for large and complex projects within an AGILE methodology. • Test Documentation and Test Execution - Review to ensure the accuracy and completeness of test documentation. • Automated Testing for Data Comparison - Implement automated testing tools for data comparison and transformation using technologies like Spark. • Collaborating with Other Stakeholders and Reporting - Provide clear and concise reports on test results, defects, and overall quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • 6-7 years of quality assurance experience in AGILE based software teams. • Experience leading quality assurance teams for at least for 1-2 years. • Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium and Cucumber with Java. • Proficient in at least one CI/CD tool like Gitlab. • 1+ year experience using AWS services like ec2 and s3. • Experience using big data tools for data comparison and transformation like Spark is a plus. • High attention to detail and solid analytical skills. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
