• The Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Team evaluates and performs an end-to-end analysis of the risk and control environment. • Facilitate testing of design and operating effectiveness of documented controls for all NRS business units. • Drive awareness on identifying risks and controls within the business units. • Reduce residual risk through testing the effectiveness of controls and advising on additional controls that may prevent or detect future issues. • Document process activities and associated risks and controls, including process descriptions, process prioritization, and top-down risk profiles. • Support and document the determination of inherent risk ratings, control ratings, and residual risk ratings. • Provide project management support in tracking and coordinating the execution of RCSA activities. • Develop status reporting and communications of assessment activities for processes.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work across US shifts. • At least one year of experience in risk and control management. • One to three years of experience in an audit, accounting, risk management role in operations or information technology/information security, and/or operational risk management, or a combination thereof. • Experience with process documentation, risk assessments, and evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness. • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). • Experience with problem-solving in a team environment by thinking outside the box and providing innovative solutions, with and without technology. • Ability to conduct root cause analysis on identified issues. • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines against a high-volume work schedule. • Must be detail oriented, well organized, and a self-starter.
