📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects aimed at enhancing commercial business operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans and timelines. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery within the identified constraints. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and champion best practices in project management. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions and agile methodologies. • Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and outcomes. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective engagement and support. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies and enhance business capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience of +3 years as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within a commercial business environment. • Experience with Salesforce, Azure Dev Ops, and Smartsheet preferred. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration among diverse groups. • Proficiency in translating technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and mitigating project risks. • Experience in delivering technology solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices. • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional development in project management.
