• Identify & Source Leads: Find potential clients interested in IT outsourcing services, especially those looking to hire development teams based on our ideal customer profile (ICP). • Data-Driven Outreach: Conceptualize, build, and execute highly personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns. • Optimize the Buyer Journey: Work closely with our growth and revenue teams to architect and refine the end-to-end buyer journey using insights from data-driven experiments. • Qualify & Handoff: Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, and timeline, ensuring they meet company criteria, then schedule meetings. • Workflow Automation: Automate manual processes and implement AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency across lead generation and follow-up efforts. • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key outreach and lead generation metrics, offering actionable insights. • Collaborate on Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate with the external marketing team to ensure alignment with overall lead generation and growth objectives.
• 5 + years of experience in lead generation within IT outsourcing, outstaffing, professional services, or technical sales. • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) with a professional and persuasive communication style. • Strong familiarity with software development processes and the technical needs of potential clients. • Proficiency with AI tools and workflow automation to enhance lead generation efforts. • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, capable of using data and experimentation to drive decisions. • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, etc. • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
