📋 Description
• Lead the AI-powered operating system and Agentic framework development. • Oversee core system architecture, refine AI-generated code, and guide best practices for AI-first development. • Direct the design and development of AI-centric system elements. • Combine LLM APIs, RAG, and workflow automation to address real-world needs. • Research emerging AI solutions to improve efficiency and quality. • Provide guidance on code reviews, deployment strategies, and AI development techniques across the team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Golang and backend development. • Broad knowledge of LLMs, AI workflows, and RAG design. • Strong command of distributed systems, concurrency models, and state machines. • Proven track record debugging and reviewing advanced AI-generated code. • Comfortable allowing AI to handle large portions of coding, then refining outputs for production. • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Copilot, Cursor, Devin, Replit). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
