Description

•As a QA Engineer at Splitero, you will focus on automated testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms. •You will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure the highest quality user experience. •You will manage a full automation test suite and collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to deliver exceptional homeowner and operations experiences. •Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage of critical user journeys and functionality. •Implement and maintain improve a full automation test suite, including test cases, data, and execution processes. •Develop and execute automated tests for React and JavaScript applications, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and compatibility. •Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle. •Identify, report, and track defects, working with the development team to resolve issues and ensure a seamless user experience. •Contribute to the development and refinement of QA processes, tools, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience in QA engineering with a strong focus on automated testing •Demonstrated experience in developing and executing automated test scripts using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar. •Extensive experience with testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including knowledge of their APIs and user interfaces. •Hands-on experience with React and JavaScript applications, including testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. •Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the build process. Specific experience with Gearset, Github, and AWS platforms is preferred. •Proven ability to work effectively with engineering and product teams, understanding requirements, and providing valuable feedback. •Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to identify and analyze issues and contribute to their resolution. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. •Experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce-specific testing tools is preferred •Knowledge of performance testing and tools for web application is preferred •Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and test-driven development (TDD) practices is preferred •Desire to participate in fast-paced early-stage startup •Adaptability: Embraces changing circumstances with resiliency and positivity •Team-Oriented: Prioritizes collaboration, inclusivity, and teammate support
