• Hi! It's SplitMetrics, a remote-first team of experts building the future of mobile marketing. • We are looking for a creative and experienced ML Team Lead to join our dedicated Data&AI team. You will have access to huge data sets and an opportunity to create innovative ML solutions at the global level. • Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists. • Develop and deploy new machine learning algorithms. • Analyze the performance of current ML solutions and identify opportunities to improve. • Continuously improve delivery processes. This involves identifying bottlenecks, removing obstacles, and optimizing the team's workflow. • Provide technical leadership, helping to elevate the quality of work across the team. • Collaborate cross-functionally to share findings and guide product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 1 year in a team lead role. • Deep understanding of ML algorithms and optimization methods. • Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL. • Understanding of Agile principles/experience as a Scrum Master. • Working knowledge of how to put ML models into production from research to deployment.
