Description

• This role is a part of the internal full-cycle SplitMetrics Agency team and we are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and hungry for sales professional. • As a SDR, you will play a pivotal role in seeking out new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers. • You'll work closely with our Sales team to optimize lead generation and a strategic sales approach. • Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research. • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward. • Set up and deliver outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools to drive top-of-the-funnel opportunities for the business. • Conduct qualification/discovery calls with prospects to identify their pain points. • Follow up on new prospects to identify new potential needs. • Generate and manage the sales pipeline by updating all activity in Hubspot. • Experiment with new and creative prospecting strategies. • Write email sequences. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth client journey.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in a BDR, SDR, or quota-carrying Sales role. • Experience with outbound lead generation. • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.). • Experience with prospecting tools & CRM. • Experience in conducting calls with clients. • Strong communication skills. • Quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment. • Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision. • Hunger for feedback and coaching. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
