Description

• Serve as part of a cross functional Agile team as a build systems expert • Troubleshoot performance and stability issues using a wide variety of tools • Follow change management processes during implementations • Ensure that day-to-day operational requirements and SLAs are met • Work with key Business stakeholders to understand their business requirements and recommend potential solutions • Coordinate with Security team to ensure best practices are employed in environments • Maintain key operational metrics and provide regular updates to upper management • Deliver operational services that focus on empowering our employees and reducing cost per end user • Seek opportunities to streamline standard operating procedures through automation

Requirements

• Experience in a cloud focused environment • Proficiency in at least 2 major scripting languages (shell, python, PHP, Perl, Ruby) • Strong technical strengths in AWS major services, Linux scripting, orchestration, Kubernetes, Docker • Experience with Windows, Git, Atlassian is a plus • “Can do” attitude and strong customer service with a track record on delivering quality results • Ability to provide reliable technical support and guidance on complex issues • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to internal customers and upper management • Strong analytical and organizational skills, proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
