• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in developing cloud-based software using JVM technologies, with knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate. • You have experience in working on a scalable, cloud-native platform • You focus on delivering high-quality, reliable components with fast deployment cycles, continuously improving yourself • You stay up to date with programming trends, thrive in collaborative environments, and communicate confidently in English (German language skills are a plus). You apply proven design patterns pragmatically to build maintainable and efficient backend systems
