• We consistently top the charts as one of if not the most used Sports Betting website in the countries we operate in. • With millions of weekly active users, we strive to be the best in the industry for our users. • Our Project Managers allow us to build better products for our users. They drive alignment, remove obstacles and allow our teams to function efficiently and effectively. • Build project plans that ensure maximum utilization of the team for impact. Partner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ in a cohesive plan. • Where initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination. • Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary. • Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap. • Project-level resource assignment and scheduling. • Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvements. • Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders. • Run all team ceremonies and meetings • Drive resolution of production issues. • Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English • Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred. • Demonstrated experience managing teams in a scrum or waterfall framework • Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail • Experience in working with UI/UX teams
